This is what my typical lunch looks like on a lighter training day. On a day when I have higher intensity or multiple training sessions, I would increase the carbohydrates. To do this, I would add either sweet potato, brown rice, or wholegrain bread or pasta.
Some days, I will make a wrap or toasted sandwich, still including lots of healthy filling and always a source of lean protein!
